Everything Bagel Bites

Fluffy, golden, and loaded with everything bagel seasoning, these bites make a perfect high-protein snack or breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • everything bagel seasoning I like lots to top!

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cottage cheese, salt, baking powder, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  • Move the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 2–3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Divide and roll the dough into 12-15 small balls and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Beat the egg and lightly brush it over the tops of each dough ball. Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake for 22 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch. Let cool slightly before serving.
