Creamy Whipped Ricotta & Feta Fig Crostini
Sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy...every bite has a little bit of everything. Trust me, you'll want to make extra of these creamy whipped ricotta & feta fig crostinis. Perfect appetizer for a party or, in my case, a baby shower!

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast for 8–10 minutes, until lightly golden and crisp. If you're only making a few crostinis, you can also use a toaster. For a larger batch, I definitely recommend using the oven!
While the bread is toasting, slice the fresh figs.
Add the ricotta, feta, olive oil, and salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Once cooled, spread a generous layer of the whipped ricotta and feta onto each toasted baguette slice. Top with sliced figs.
Drizzle with honey and a little olive oil, then finish with flaky sea salt and fresh basil. (Optional but would be great: crushed pistachios)
Serve immediately and enjoy!
