Brie and Fig Holiday Crostini

These crostini are basically a charcuterie board in one bite! Featuring melty Brie, jammy figs, and a pop of rosemary on toasty bread. It's dangerously good!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large French baguette approximately 13 oz
  • 6-8 oz Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup fig jam
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or olive oil spray
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or walnuts sprinkled evenly on top
  • handful of rosemary removing the rosemary leaves from the sprig

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Slice the baguette and lightly brush each piece with olive oil.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until toasted and golden.
  • Cut the Brie into slices.
  • Place the sliced Brie on each crostini and return to the oven to bake for another 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and spoon a fig jam over each crostini. Sprinkle evenly with rosemary and finish with dried cranberries or walnuts.
