Blanket Pan Dumplings

Prep your veggies by dicing up the carrots and green onion
Put ground turkey in a bowl. Add in the diced carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Gently mix until combined.
Form mini meatballs and set them aside.
Turn the pan to medium heat, then add some oil.
Add the meatballs to the pan, make sure to leave enough room between each meatball.
Place the wonton or dumpling wrapper on top of each meatball.
Add 1/2 cup water to the pan and cover with a lid.
Every few minutes, add more water to the pan so they don't stick. Do this for ~10 mins.
You can carefully check under the wrapper to see if the meat is fully cooked if that makes you feel better!!
Top with soy sauce (or chili oil if you like it spicy) and some green onion. ENJOY!!!
