Blanket Pan Dumplings

Ingredients
  

  • 24 dumpling wrappers or wonton wrappers
  • 16 oz ground turkey or chicken or crumbled tofu!
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots or diced
  • 1/2 cup green onion
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Prep your veggies by dicing up the carrots and green onion
  • Put ground turkey in a bowl. Add in the diced carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Gently mix until combined.
  • Form mini meatballs and set them aside.
  • Turn the pan to medium heat, then add some oil.
  • Add the meatballs to the pan, make sure to leave enough room between each meatball.
  • Place the wonton or dumpling wrapper on top of each meatball.
  • Add 1/2 cup water to the pan and cover with a lid.
  • Every few minutes, add more water to the pan so they don't stick. Do this for ~10 mins.
  • You can carefully check under the wrapper to see if the meat is fully cooked if that makes you feel better!!
  • Top with soy sauce (or chili oil if you like it spicy) and some green onion. ENJOY!!!
