The Best Turkey Meatballs

These turkey meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and easy to make—perfect for a quick dinner or meal prep! With just a handful of ingredients, they’re versatile enough to pair with pasta, salad, or rice for a delicious, healthy meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz 1 lb of ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • Handful of chopped parsley
  • Seasonings: onion powder salt, pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until evenly combined. Then roll the mixture into 1 inch round balls and cook in a frying pan (coated with olive oil) on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to rotate the meatballs so that they are evenly cooked through. I usually like to cut open the biggest meatball just to make sure they are completely cooked!
  • You can add these to spaghetti squash, or regular pasta! You could even add these to a salad or some rice and vegetables! They are so versatile and also keep well in the fridge for a few days, so perfect for meal prep!
