This workout is great for those who want to try HIIT but feel possibly a little intimidated by HIIT as it seems to be filled with burpees, squat jumps, etc. This workout is easy on the joints with NO jumping! It’s just under 20 minutes, with a quick warm up and cool down as well. 25 seconds on, 15 seconds rest! I won’t be talking you through this one, so just press play and follow along!
