Greek Inspired Salad

Here is a quick and easy lunch that you can make in under 5 minutes!

What you will need:

  • 1 cup of chopped lettuce
  • 1 veggie burger
  • 1 tbsp Tzatziki
  • 1 tbsp hummus
  • Half of an avocado, sliced
  • Handful of feta cheese
  • Diced tomatoes
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and enjoy!!
