SO LIGHT AND AMAZING!!
So my favorite snack almost ever is tomatoes and mozzarella. And for the past three months I have cut out cheese, and so this is my new love!
What you will need:
1 medium sized tomato
1/2 avocado
Olive Oil
Handful of diced onions
Pepper
Salt
Slice tomatoes and put them on a plate.
Mash up the avocado and place a dollop on each tomato slice.
Drizzle on olive oil, salt and pepper.
Top with some onions!
YUMMYYYYY!!!!
Great snack or appetizer!!
