20-30 garlic cloves
~1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp rosemary
Pinch of sea salt
1 stick of softened butter
Add the peeled garlic cloves to a cast iron skillet.
Then add in the olive oil, rosemary, and salt.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Take the roasted garlic out of the oven and mash it all up. I added in 2 spoonfuls of the roasted olive oil with the rosemary to the garlic mash too.
Then add in a whole stick of softened butter and mix it well until evenly combined. I added a little extra sea salt here as well.
Then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.Take a slice of sourdough (or your favorite bread) and toast it up and top with the garlic rosemary butter and ENJOY!
This butter would be SO GOOD with toast, pasta, eggs, truly anything you would add butter to, this just elevates it that much more!!
