Rosemary Garlic Butter

Rosemary Garlic Butter

The ingredients:

20-30 garlic cloves

~1/3 cup olive oil

2 tbsp rosemary

1/2 tbsp of sea salt, save a little to top

1/2 tbsp garlic powder

1 stick of softened butter

The recipe:

Add the peeled garlic cloves to a cast iron skillet.

Then add in the olive oil, rosemary, and salt.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.

Take the roasted garlic out of the oven and mash it all up. I added in 2 spoonfuls of the roasted olive oil with the rosemary to the garlic mash too.

Then add in a whole stick of softened butter and garlic powder and mix it well until evenly combined. I added a little extra sea salt here as well.

Then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Take a slice of sourdough (or your favorite bread) and toast it up and top with the garlic rosemary butter and ENJOY!

This butter would be SO GOOD with toast, pasta, eggs, truly anything you would add butter to, this just elevates it that much more!!
