Kick off Spring with the Toned in 12 Challenge!

  • 15+ full workouts! The daily workouts will be emailed directly to you, twice a week (they are not live, you will have a direct link) so you can complete them each day whenever works best with your schedule! PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/PROMOTIONS FOLDERS for these emails!!
  • Community Coaching Sessions via Zoom (LIVE WITH ME!! You can ask me questions, connect with other challenge community members). I will be sending out separate Zoom invitations throughout the challenge! Timing of the Zoom sessions will vary to accommodate most schedules!
  • Curated grocery lists to go along with my recipes (I’ll also be sharing some of my favorite recipes with you… I’m all about quick, easy and healthy recipes that are perfect for meal prep too!)
