25 DAY FALL FITNESS CHALLENGE! For only $50 you get:

  • 30+ workouts ( less than $2 per workout!). The daily workouts will be emailed to you at the beginning of each week (they are not live, you will have a direct link) so you can complete them each day whenever works best with your schedule!
  • Weekly Community Coaching Sessions via Zoom (LIVE WITH ME!! You can ask me questions, connect with other challenge community members). This will be at a set time each week!
  • Curated weekly grocery lists to go along with my recipes
  • Private Facebook Group where you will have a community to guide and support you through this challenge (Note: If you don’t have Facebook, no worries, this is just a bonus group to help keep each other motivated and hold us all accountable, but we will do this on our weekly Zooms as well!)
  • BONUS: challenge EXCLUSIVE recipes and snack ideas to easily help you reach your goals!
