Pesto Eggs & Avocado Toast
This easy, flavorful breakfast will be your new go-to! The pesto eggs add an herby kick that’s balanced perfectly with creamy avocado. You can add salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes to taste! This is seriously so good and I would eat this daily if I could!

Heat a small frying pan over medium heat. Smear the pesto in the pan and let it sizzle.
Crack in the eggs and cook to your desired doneness.
Toast the bread and smash the avocado on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
Place the pesto eggs on the toast and top with feta and chopped tomatoes.
Add salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to taste. Enjoy your new FAVE breakfast! 😉
