One of my good friends just dropped off a ton of incredibly fresh peaches from his farm and I decided that I wanted to try and make a summer cocktail with them! So I took some mint and sliced up one of the peaches (how gorgeous is this color btw) and muddled them in a glass. Then I added a handful of ice, 1 shot of vodka and topped with sparkling water and a tiny splash of pineapple juice to give a touch of sweetness! It’s so delicious and so refreshing I hope you guys enjoy! It’s the perfect time for this cocktail because peaches are definitely in season right now!

Here is what you will need:

1 handful of mint

1/2 fresh peach, sliced

1 shot vodka (or tequila could probably work as well)

1 cup sparkling water

Tiny splash of pineapple juice
