Katie’s Popcorn
This popcorn is so good, I could snack on it every day! It's way better than movie theater popcorn—and it's super easy to make. My mom always said, “Skip the microwave popcorn!” and she was right.

Heat the olive oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Drop in 2-3 popcorn kernels in an even layer and cover with a lid.
Keep the pot on medium heat, shaking occasionally, until the popping slows to 2-3 seconds between pops. Remove from heat immediately.
Drizzle the melted butter over the popcorn and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast, Old Bay, garlic powder, and salt. Toss well to evenly distribute the seasonings.
Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
