Smoked Salmon Salad

This is such a quick meal to whip up if you’re low on time! All you need to do is slice up half of a medium sized cucumber, slice up an avocado and then chop up about 4oz (half a standard size package) of smoked salmon! Then I topped mine with capers and Greek yogurt that I mixed with lemon and dill! So light and refreshing! Enjoy!!
