QUICK QUINOA BOWL | 5 Ingredients | High Protein Meal

I absolutely love making any type of BOWLS! But this one is one of the easiest and one of my favs!! It is SO quick and simple, that you can make it for lunch, dinner, meal prep, etc. It’s kinda like a very basic and healthy spin off of a burrito bowl:) Try it and let me know what you think! All you need is quinoa, grilled chicken, lentils, tomato, and avocado. You can add your choice of dressing, but in this I just used olive oil. My favorite is champagne vinaigrette and lemon. PS, I didn’t use any cheese, but Feta or Parm is AMAZING on top of this! Just add a little for more flavor! Also, as stated, it’s a high protein bowl, so it’s great post workout.
