Creamy, avocado deviled eggs

A little healthier twist on one of my favorite game day snacks:

Here is what you will need:

1 dozen eggs

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup greek yogurt

1 tbsp dijon mustard

salt, pepper and paprika to taste!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

First, boil the eggs. Then, once they have cooled, cut them in half, lengthwise! Scoop out the yolks and put in a mixing bowl. Add avocado, yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper and then scoop the yolk mixture back into the hollowed egg whites and ENJOY!!!
