Chicken Teriyaki & Brown Rice Bowls

These bowls are such a quick and easy weeknight meal! So delicious and so filling!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here is what you will need:

  • 1 cup of cooked brown rice
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • Sprinkle of sesame seeds

Cook brown rice according to package! Cut chicken into small pieces and cook in olive oil on frying pan. In another pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, garlic and sauté the red onion. Then add chopped carrots and broccoli and cook until fork tender. Put everything in a bowl and top with sriracha mayo mix! If you need to thin out your sauce, just add some water! Then top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and chopped green onion! Enjoy!
