Breakfast Tacos

You have to try this super healthy and filling breakfast idea!

Here is what you will need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup canned corn
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • Handful of your favorite cheese
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 tortillas

Scramble your eggs in a sauté pan and add in corn, onion and black beans! Then heat up a tortilla (can be corn or flour, whatever you prefer) and then add your egg scramble to the tortilla and top with sliced avocado and green onion!
