I love a good breakfast scramble! This one is super easy.
First I sautéed sliced mushrooms, corn, diced tomatoes, a green onion and turkey sausage in a pan with some olive oil, salt and pepper. Once everything is cooked after about 5 minutes I added 2 eggs and scrambled everything together! Topped mine with Everything But The Bagel seasoning, and avocado! SO GOOD!
