Berry Banana Protein Pancakes

YUMMMM!!!!! A whole lot of goodness with zero guilt. Amazing. Have these babies for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a post workout snack. But be careful… they’re pretty addicting!!!

Here’s what you’ll need:

Serves 2

3 egg whites

1 banana

Dash of cinnamon 

1 drop of vanilla extract

1-2 tablespoons of protein powder of your choice (chocolate, plain, vanilla, whatevaaaaa.. I say 1-2 because use less than 1 serving for one person of protein powder because I don’t like THAT much)

1/4 cup or small splash of almond milk

Optional: i love greek yogurt in them too, i use about 2 medium sized spoonfuls, or you can put this on TOP of the pancakes. Also incredible..

Whip it all up!

And then Coconut spray for the pan:) —- sometimes I use butter because f**k .. it honestly tastes much better hahah

Top with:

1/2 cup of chopped strawberries

1/3 cup blackberries

PS. Im using Bobo’s Mountain Sugar maple syrup (all natural)

PPS. Chocolate chips and/or walnuts in this is also amazing. SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS TO MAKE THESE!
