This is one of my favorite family recipes, perfect for get-togethers like the holidays! It’s so delicious, creamy, and comforting-and it’s a hit every time, especially when serving a crowd. Pair it with your favorite sides, like mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad, to make it a truly memorable meal.
THe recipe:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a shallow bowl, beat the 3 eggs until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup flour and 1 cup breadcrumbs together.
Dip each chicken tender into the egg wash, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb-flour mixture.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Pan-fry the breaded chicken for about 5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Transfer the fried chicken to a baking dish.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 2/3 cup whipping cream, 1/3 cup half and half, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2.5 tablespoons chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is warm and creamy.
Place 1 slice of mozzarella cheese over each piece of chicken. Pour the cream sauce evenly over the chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot – and enjoy!

1packet of boneless skinless chicken breast tenders(approx. 8 pieces or 1.4 lbs)
1/2cupall-purpose flour
1cupbreadcrumbs
3eggs
2/3cupwhipping cream
1/3cuphalf and half
