2.5 cups of broccoli, raw
1/2 cup white corn
2/3 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup cheddar, diced
1/2 cup green onions, green portion only
1/3 cup ranch
1.5 tablespoon olive oil
Salt + pepper
To blacken your corn on the stove, cook in a skillet for a approx. 3-4 minutes on medium to high heat with a little dash of olive oil.
Make bacon however you usually do- I love to bake mine!
Chop your green onion, bacon and cheddar into small pieces.
Chop off the stem of the broccoli and dice up into small pieces.
In a large bowl, combine your broccoli, green onion, bacon, cheese, avocado, corn and ranch.
Toss and enjoy!! xx
