So I know I’m a little late to the game, but I just got an air fryer and you guys…I AM OBSESSED!! I have been trying out so many different recipes over the past few days so get ready for some major air fryer content coming your way soon! Here is one of the first recipes that I tried, and I absolutely loved it! Hope you guys enjoy it too!

The recipe:

Drain the artichoke hearts and mix with paprika, onion salt and garlic powder. I cut the hearts into halves and thirds. Break them up a little bit so they get crispy.

Cook them in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes with a little olive oil spray at 400 degrees. I would shake it half way through as well.

Dip in Trader does Everything But the Elote dip and ENJOY! Such a great snack or appetizer!

Ingredients

• ▢ 1 can of whole artichoke hearts
• ▢ 1/2 tsp paprika
• ▢ 1/2 tsp onion salt
• ▢ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• ▢ Olive oil spray
• ▢ Everything but Elote dip from Trader Joe’s (or any other creamy/slightly spicy dip would pair well with this
